Six months have passed since Rihanna’s nightmare with Chris Brown, 19. Who have not heard about what this man has done to a woman he claims to have loved? Who have not seen the picture that had leaked to press all over the world?

However, a month after the incident, on Rihanna’s 21st birthday, it was rumored that they had reconciled in the home of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s homes, on Miami Beach’s Star Island. Who can understand that but then again I’m sure she has her reasons.

In March, however, when Chris Brown appears in court  to domestic  violence charges, Rihanna was no where in sight. The commmissioner issued him a protective order against the singer saying; “Mr. Brown, you are not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.” They also decided to put their relationship on hold in April.

Now it seems, Rihanna’s lawyers have confirmed that she has been personally subpoenaed on Tuesday to appear in court to testify in the assault case against Christ Brown on June 22 hearing in Superior Court. Chris Brown who had pleaded not guity, would faces anywhere from probation to a maximum of four years and eight months in state prison if found guilty, DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said.

L.A. criminal defense attorney Jeffery Rubenstein, who’s not involved with the case said, “Rihanna’s testimony can make or break the case. Her willingness to testify and be truthful about what happened is a step closer to convicting Brown. On the other hand, if prosecutors fail to present a case, Geragos can seek to dismiss or reduce the charges on the spot.”

So Rihanna girl, we hope that you make the right move and that is to tell the truth and let justice prevails. Please don’t let your feelings for this man cloud your judgment as this can totally throw the case off.
