An explosion that rocks New York City leaves a strange cylinder that has emerged from beneath the ground. As the team investigates, there are others after the cylinder, including the Observer. Dr. Bishop, who owes the Observer a debt, hides the cylinder away. Another man kidnaps Peter and forces him to lead him to where Bishop has stowed the cylinder.
