The genius producers have devised a clever way to keep them all in New York for this exciting season. Chuck will run his father’s company, and Hilary Duff will be present for seven episodes as Olivia Burke, a movie star enrolled in NYU. She shares a room with roommate Vanessa, with hopes of a no-frills college experience. Hilary’s story is inspired by Emma Watson, who just enrolled in Brown University and wishes to be treated like any other college student.
